The Regen Rio Shared Commitment Pool is a living commons created by Greenpill Brasil for the grantees of the Regen Rio de Janeiro program. It will use a base of $5,000 cREAL as seed funding, but it is primarily driven by shared goals, mutual aid, and collective creativity. Rather than simply distributing funds, the pool will coordinate resources of all kinds — spaces, rides, food, art, skills, knowledge — to achieve common missions collaboratively. Examples: - Organizing a Regen Rio Annual Event. - Expanding the pool by partnering with local institutions or companies. - Collective visibility project (exhibition, publication, video, etc.). - Seeds, food and services exchanges.
